Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. These are outside our control and we appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shophartwood.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
